MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of Principal Consultant in a Functional Role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in leading large-scale complex projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture, ensure integration, scalability, and security, and align the solution with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
The Principal Consultant is expected to lead large scale/complex project(s) executing the following responsibilities:
1. Strategic Relationship:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Work closely with the sales organization to acquire new customers.
- Own Client relationship with Key Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members.
- Establish engagement and operating model with various stakeholders utilizing MTX Delivery Methodology and Gold Standards and ensure compliance to established standards.
- Responsible for ensuring alignment between project deliverables and the client's strategic business goals.
- Client Retention and Growth:
- Meeting client expectations and achieving strategic objectives to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, facilitating growth and expansion.
2. Project Delivery:
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and pain points.
- Facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders - Technical Managers, PMO, VP, CP and subject matter experts.
- Present and communicate architectural solutions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Solution Design and Architecture:
- Develop a blueprint that guides the development, implementation, and deployment of the solution, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and delivers value to stakeholders.
- Ensure the architecture meets performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.
- Implementation:
- Work closely with technical and functional teams to oversee the implementation of functional designs that align with expected deliverables.
- Test seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct reviews and audits of functional designs and implementations to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the design and implementation phases.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create, lead and ensure high quality document creation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
- Ensure detailed documentation of functional architectures, designs, and processes.
- Lead adoption through customized training programs, supporting post Go-Live plans for enhanced utilization of new processes and technology.
- Post-Implementation Review and Iterative Improvement:
- Provide ongoing support after deployment, addressing system issues and optimizing performance.
- Continuously collect user feedback to evaluate solution impact and identify improvement areas.
3. Organization Development:
- Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the project, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
- Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence)
- Collaborate with top talent across various work streams to support development of best practices, create cutting-edge solutions, and set industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and thought leadership, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements and market trends.
- Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:
- Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects in the region per the need.
- Support VPs and PDM in talent development in the region by identifying relevant training programs for focused groups.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.
- Required to travel for key project milestones.
- Maintain utilization goals.
What You Will Bring:
- 9-11 years of experience in a functional architecture role within an IT consulting environment.
- Expert in facilitating working sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Expert in identifying system requirements, and designing an architecture and functionality that address those needs effectively.
- Expert in providing user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Proficient in data management concepts and best practices for importing, exporting, and managing data.
- Expert in Post-implementation review and iterative improvement.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills with a user centric approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
